    Structure

    構造

     

    ①Primary filter
    A filter pack consisting of five layer nonwoven polypropylene fabric. Each layer has different air permeability, and thus filter is not easily clogged. Unlike paper-made filter, not easily tears.

    ②Secondary filter
    Consists of a nonwoven polypropylene fabric filter formed into pleated shape with a frame made of ABS. More than 99% of 0.3 μｍ or larger particles can be removed at this stage.

    ③Tertiary filter
    The same filter with the secondary filter is used. This filter collects fine particles uncollected in the 1st and 2nd stages or generated in the fan motor chamber. Meets cleanliness class 100,000 to 10,000 (1,000 to 100 when the HEPA filter is attached).

    Operation panel

    The integrated 7-segment display shows three different pressure values. Filter clogging notification can be set in 5 stages.
