How to operate Jet Skimmer



Jet skimmer performance

*battery charging while the motor is out of operation Inside the coolant tank *Coolant is being agitated while the machine is in operation(while power is being supplied to Jet Skimmer). Oil is mixed in coolant.



Jet Skimmer performance

*Jet Skimmer operation is switched to battery operation. The motor does not work three(3) to thirty(30) minutes after the machine becomes out of operation.

Inside the coolant tank

After the machine becomes out of operation(power to machine is cut off), oil mixed in coolant is coming up.



Jet skimmer performance

The motor operates for one(1) hour as soon as oil has completely come up on the surface. While the motor is rotating, the floating oil adhering to the belt which enters into the water can be removed by the scraper.

Jet Skimmer Installation

*Pour Coolant or cleaning solution into the liberating tank before using Jet Skimmer..

*Oil and coolant collected by Jet Skimmer flows into No.1 tank after floating oil and sludge are removed through the mesh tray.

*Oil collected by Jet Skimmer flows into the No. 1 tank after cutting powder and sludge are removed through the mesh filter. Oil which comes up depending on its difference in gravity is discharged through the oil outlet.

*Coolant flows beneath the partition plate, then moves to No.2 tank and flows back into the coolant tank from the water return inlet through the pipe.
